These terms govern your use of Candid Response, a product operated by [Mind Measure Ltd], company number [00000000], registered at [registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Candid Response lets an organisation ask one question and gather short conversational responses, which are synthesised into an anonymous report. We provide the mechanism. The content of your questions and the use you make of the results are yours.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [security@candidresponse.com] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to harass, deceive, or unlawfully identify individuals, to ask questions designed to expose a respondent, or to circumvent the anonymity controls. We may suspend campaigns that abuse open links or breach these terms.

4. Conversations and content

Respondents take part voluntarily under a consent screen. For anonymous and named private modes, verbatim transcripts are discarded after extraction and no identity is attached to any answer, as described in our [privacy policy] and anonymity page. You are responsible for the lawfulness and intent of the questions you ask.

5. Fees and credits

Pricing is per conversation. You buy credits in packs; one credit is one completed conversation. Prices are shown at purchase and are exclusive of [VAT] unless stated. Credits are [non-refundable once a campaign has run]. We may change prices on notice for future purchases.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to [the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The service is not a safeguarding or crisis tool.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction.
